An ABC6 On Your Side Problem Solvers investigation leads to immediate changes to the state's unemployment hotline. Our efforts sparked when viewers continued to call to say they could not get through on the hotline even when they called first thing in the morning. They said they cannot receive an unemployment check when they cannot make a claim.
