In order to make it look good I had to adjust the exposure and white balance smoothly throughout the sequence of images. Also in this test I used automatic exposure in the camera, which creates a lot of flickering since the camera will change the exposure between frames. There will also be aperture flicker since the aperture won't close to the same position every time.
Used LR-Timelapse and Lightroom for this adjustment.
