Emotional Piano and Strings Music - "Waves of Life" By Everratic

This is my favorite type of music to compose. It sounds so beautiful and doesn't require meticulous editing.

8DIOs 1928 Piano is a gem. I bought it years ago and haven't used it until now for some reason. I was inspired to use it recently after reading the story behind it from Troels, 8DIO's founder:

"Funny backstory. I went through every major piano store here in Bay Area, California. Played over 400 pianos in total until I found the 1928. It was hidden on second cellar floor at piano store and had a piece of old grey clothing lying over it. When I played it for the first time - it was like falling in a sonic love.

The gentlemen at the store told me the backstory. It had been with a piano professor for an entire family generation and then been in the store for a couple of years. Despite being one of the best sounding grands, nobody bought it, because it is in brown walnut. The majority of people buys pianos as furniture, which still baffles me to this day. The strings on the piano are original ones from 1928 (they still are), which helps give it that more emotional, slight chorus like quality. It is still my personal piano and aging like fine wine."
