Recipe
Hot Cheetos Fresno Ice:
Juice 5 Fresno Chilis, 1 Cucumber, with Hot Cheetos
Add juice with water and freeze. Set aside.
Hot Cheetos Tincture:
Equal parts Hot Cheetos and Vodka in ziplock bag
Sous Vide at 125F for 1 hour. Strain then set aside.
Hot Cheetos Limón Rim:
-Pulverize Hot Cheetos Limón. Add Kosher Salt. Set aside.
Agave Syrup:
-Combine 2:1 ratio Agave to Hot Water to make Agave Syrup.
Pressed Watermelon Juice:
-Cut watermelon, blend.
Make Cocktail:
-Rim Rocks Glass with Hot Cheetos Limón Salt
-Add the following into a shaker: Infused Tequila, Cointreau, Agave Syrup, Lime Juice, Cold
Pressed Watermelon Juice, Celery Bitters, Fresh Ice.
-Shake and strain over rimmed glass with Fresno Ice Cubes.
Garnish with Cucumber.
