Here are some really healthy vegetable patties to tantalize your taste buds. Enjoy!
Preparation & Ingredients:
Samosa Patti:
Add water into 1+ 1/2 cups of white flour, two tablespoons of oil and
¼ teaspoon salt to make dough for patti
Follow the video to make patti
Mix 3 tablespoons of any flour with half cup of milk to prepare a thick paste which you can use to glue patti
Vegetable Filling:
½ cup carrot
1 cup capsicum
1 cup cabbage
1 cup spring onion
1 tablespoon of green chilli
1+1/2 chana daal boiled and crushed
Red chilli flakes, black pepper, white pepper (optional) 1 teaspoon each
2 tablespoons of chopped ginger & garlic
2 Tablespoons of cooking oil/olive oil
Mix and Fry all vegetables and daal to prepare a filling for Vegetable patties
