Ingredients
Beetrrot 2 nos
Ghee 2 tsp
Milk 1.15 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Almond and cashews chopped
Ghee 1/2 tsp
Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp


Method
1. Grate the beet and remove the skin and grate it .
2. In kadai add ghee and add grated beet and roast it upto 10 min.
3. Then add milk and sugar cook it upto water absorbed.
4. In middle of pan add ghee and almond, cashews and roast it mix it well.
5. Lastly add cardamom powder and serve it
