Recipe (per breast):
1 Chicken breast
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black pepper
¼ tsp Papika
¼ tsp Chili powder
½ tsp Mixed dried herbs
1-2 tbsp Olive oil

Other great seasonings to try:
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cumin
Cayenne
Oregano
Thyme
Rosemary
Sage
Lemon pepper
Curry powder
Ginger powder

Instructions:
1. Allow chicken breast(s) to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes to normalize temperature before baking
2. Mix all listed seasonings together (or make your own seasoning blend)
3. Rub the chicken breast(s) with olive oil on all sides, apply desired seasonings evenly over the entire surface
4. Bake in a preheated 425F oven for 18-20 minutes
5. Remove from the oven, and allow to rest uncovered at room temperature for 10 minutes

If you are making the chicken for meal preparation
1. Cook following the above instructions
2. After cooking, allow it completely cool down to room temperature
3. Once at room temperature, you can slice, dice, cube, shred, or store whole
4. Place into a clean and dry Tupperware container, Ziploc bag, or wrap in plastic fully and place in the fridge immediately
5. Consume cooked chicken within 5 days
