Turkey Fried in Bacon Grease

This is now the 3rd time I have fried a turkey and I must be honest that I was a little skeptical frying it in bacon grease. But don't miss out on this!!! It was much better than I actually anticipated. Juicy, tender, tasty and I don't think I have enough words to describe just how good it actually was.

Nothing to fancy other than I wanted to show you how to deep fry it and since this video I have friend more and turns out its the better way to cook a turkey for the holidays.

In a few day this is what we will be eating for thanksgiving dinner.
