Welcome to a healing journey with YIN YOGA and BODY SHAKING Somatic exercises also known as therapeutic tremoring or neurogenic tremors. In this Yin Yoga session, we delve deep into the essence of somatics, unlocking the body's innate wisdom and allowing it to guide us towards profound healing and release for tension, emotions and stress.
We are focusing on a combination of Yin yoga, myofascial stretching, and body shaking to promote emotional release and nervous system healing.
Let's explore our bodies and sensations during the practice, emphasizing the importance of letting go and being curious rather than focusing on the appearance of poses. The Somtic practice includes gentle movements, starting with Child's Pose, and progresses to various Yin poses that facilitate deep stretching and relaxation. Body shaking is introduced as a somatic movement technique to help release stored energy and emotions, allowing for a deeper connection with one's inner self.
We will find mindfulness and self-awareness as we focus on their internal experience rather than external validation.
Somatic shaking is a natural physiological response of the body, a gentle yet powerful way to release stress, tension, trauma, and pent-up emotions stored within. As we encourage and play with this innate response throughout our practice, we invite the body to release its burdens, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.
Throughout this session, we merge the wisdom of Yin Yoga with somatic shaking, surrendering into stillness and gently coaxing the body into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Each mindful breath cultivates a sense of body illumination, as we embrace the subtle nuances of sensation and movement.
Together, we release stress and tension, embracing the transformative power of somatic shaking and Yin Yoga as vehicles for self-discovery and self-care.
Let's embrace the art of somatics, letting our bodies' inherent wisdom guide us towards wholeness and healing.
