Welcome to my Mountain Athlete FULL training plan I am using to conquer Everest Base Camp. I am a bodybuilder who is training for strength and endurance to become more athletic for my goal of trekking Everest BS just 4 months after competing in bodybuilding as a men's physique athlete.
I am a bodybuilder, and also a hybrid bodybuilder. I trail run, hike, and strength train in order to be better at the goal at hand.
